Shipping Time
Delivery time is typically comprised of the time it takes for our warehouse to process and pack your order, as well as the time it takes to then ship the order from the warehouse to your destination address.
Our warehouse needs 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
1. A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible, which you will be able to track from ‘Track Order Details’.
2. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.

Shipping Cost
Olivio & Co provides free shipping over $59 for all products within the United States . For Expedited Shipping, the shipping rate will depend on the product weight. Below are sample shipping costs for your reference.

Tax & Duties
Our product prices are inclusive of most taxes and duties, however, additional taxes and duties incurred by customs for import at the destination shall be borne by the customer. Please make sure to select your destination location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery time, and shipping costs associated with your order.
Shipping Carriers
We utilize the following shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, DGM.
NOTE:
1. Shipping addresses with PO, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO included are NOT acceptable.
2. In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there may be unexpected delays. Thank you for your understanding!
3. All delivery times are quoted on business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded. If an order is placed on a Friday, it will be processed the following Monday. Orders received during standard U.S. holidays will not be processed until the next business day. Holidays include, but are not limited to: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
4. Upon entering your address at checkout, you will receive detailed shipping information based on destination, order total and product weight.
5.Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address, as later changes may result in additional charges.
